K.S.Mathew is (M.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT, PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA); has than 23 years of experience in software project management, software size/effort estimation & budgeting, pre-sales activities, team leadership, business requirement analysis, design and development, implementation and user support, database design, testing and technical documentation from reputed organizations in India and abroad (in multiple domains including banking, telecom billing, health care, industrial automation etc.). Practicing ISO 9001:2000 /CMMI L5 quality processes and contributed significantly for the development and implementation of processes/procedures and subsequent ISO 9001:2000 and SEI CMM certifications. Also, engaged as guest faculty & training faculty for Software Project Management, Software Estimation, MS Project, Software Engineering and Software Quality Assurance in SCMS Business School, ISACA Cochin Chapter, College of Engineering Trivandrum and many software companies at Technopark Trivandrum.
