Dr.Jayarajan has been practicing as a project management consultant for the last seven years. The consultancy work involves training on project management concepts, PMP® certification, Software tools support and project office setup. He has certified more than 200 PMPs from the earlier training programs; has conducted a large number of public workshops and corporate trainings on PMP® certification, MS Project and also PS Suite.,a collaborative tool for project management. Prior to taking up project management consultancy, Dr. Jayarajan had been working in senior positions in the power industry, with DLF Power Ltd. Gurgaon for five years and with BHEL New Delhi for 17 years During his career extending to more than 40 years, he has held several roles in academic, R&D, Software Development , Project Planning & Execution and IT Administration. He has been responsible for leading a large number of successful software projects related to design, manufacturing and performance monitoring of power plant systems and equipments, MIS reporting on power plant operations, balanced score card implementation and business intelligence solutions.
